Ninja Tracking Systems Announcement

It is with regret that Ninja Tracking Systems will cease operations on 31st December 2015.

At that time, the Control Panel website will no longer be available, tracking data will be deleted and existing SIM cards will be deactivated and cancelled.

Position and SMS credit top-ups will continue to be available for purchase via the Ninja Tracking Portal until Monday 30th November. However, we advise all customers to make use of their position and SMS credit balances prior to 31st December 2015 (when the service terminates). We also advise all customers who wish to retain tracking data to export their message history for each tracker on their account via the “Export All” button on the “Message History” page. This function will export up to the last 100,000 messages to a format readable in Excel.

Should you wish to continue to use your Ninja Tracker after 31st December 2015, we advise engaging with another provider of tracking services. Such providers may be able to re-provision your tracker on their tracking system. Unfortunately, we cannot make specific recommendations for suppliers of such services.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their support over the last 3 years and wish them well for the future.
